Monday: Chicken Curry

This is a Martha Stewart recipe. It’s also a Crockpot recipe. I’m expecting Good Things from this one, Martha.

Tuesday: Fish stick po’ boys

Bah. I don’t especially love these, but the rest of the crew seems to like them. Which is why we have them so frequently.

Wednesday: I don’t know

I’m not sure yet. Which most likely means we’ll have frozen pizza.

Thursday: Breakfast for dinner

Eggs and veggie sausages! And possibly also bacon!

Friday: Pizza

  1. Have you ever made fish tacos with fish sticks? I make the complicated ones,but a friend of mine uses fish sticks and her kids love them. Basically, take a taco shell, add a couple of fish sticks, a little bit of coleslaw and some tartar sauce. Boom. Fish taco.

  2. Amy: The curry was pretty good, but I didn’t like the chicken thighs. I’m not a fan of dark meat. The “po’ boys” are just fish sticks, tartar sauce with hot sauce and lettuce on a toasted bun.

    Rootietoot: I haven’t, but that’s a fabulous idea!
