I’ve been trying to read to Poppy for awhile now, but she hasn’t shown much of an interest. Until yesterday! I laid down next to her on her play mat and read “The Very Hungry Caterpillar,” and she was captivated. We read four or five others after that. “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” and “Kitten’s First Full Moon” are her favorites.
