Pete’s sick. He spent a good part of the morning throwing up, then he had a terrible diaper and went to sleep. He’s napping now. Poor little guy.

I ordered Pete’s 1st birthday cake this morning. I thought about making it myself, but I found someone locally who had just the cake I wanted in her Gallery O’ Cakes. So that’s the way we’ll be rolling.
Petey seems to be feeling better already. We bought a different kind of formula last week, and this morning was the first time he’d tried it. I think that was the problem.
As for the birthday cake, I’ll tell you that it will be a butter cake with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. But I’m withholding the theme details until his party. (Expect photos on 11/08/08).
I was just about to ask what the cake was but then I noticed your comment. So, you and your boy have birthdays close together, do you? Abby has had really only one request for her birthday: pink. Odd thing is, pink isn’t even her favorite colour. Not even her SECOND favorite color.
No details about the party? Humph…my little niece Adyson will be having her first birthday party next weekend (even though her first birthday is Thurs).
Tell me about the sickness, man. Seems like Z’s been sick since July.
