I know. What am I, 12 years old? I had my ears pierced long, long ago, before I was able to protest. But I never wore jewelry after I was given a choice, so the holes healed. Thus, no earrings. Until now!

I have to wear these silly little studs for the next six weeks. After that? Here are a few things I’ve been eyeing.

We had a pretty busy Saturday this week. We started out with a yard sale, which went pretty well. In the evening, we joined some friends at Shakespeares Pizza and followed that up with a visit to Sparky’s ice cream shop.
